Do what has never been done for #GlobalDebout

There is enough evidence, for example, for the Dominican Republic and for Puerto Rico, to start as soon as possible their transformation to the #BrightGlobalization as a North Star without a road map as a result of this thought experiment. This is so, as neither contradictions came to the partial story, nor to the comment interchanged with ELIZABETH PULA.

This is the response to the following thought experiment request to which for whatever reasons no response came. However, the update to the partial story is greatly beneficial:

So to reinforce the evidence, what follows will concentrate on Stephan Edwards’ critique to the international institutions.

To do so, in the mean time between my request for contributions, I added a comment to the following story, whose first paragraph is right after the story, while the rest of the comment was promoting this thought experiment:

JOSE A Aug 8, 2018

Might The End of History of Frances Fukuyama, back in 1989, missed the emergence of the Computing Big Shift, with the Start of History of The Wealth of Globalization? To address “these disconcerting realizations” please consider two Spanish Twitter hashtags which are part of the systems structure of the new and the old histories: the #MCGA (the updated global conceptual model) that makes obsolete the #MSG (the simplistic globalization model). The #MCGA has three narratives: the #BrightGlobalization, the #DarkGlobalization and #DeGlobalization.

Stephan Edwards’s comment to Kemal Dervis and Caroline Conroy’s article can benefit from the #MCGA that makes obsolete the #MSG. For example, what Stephan says that “Democracy and Globalization go together like Lambs and Hyenas,” is representative of the #MSG, but not of the #MCGA where globalization has two narratives: a democratic #BrightGlobalization that’s not available yet and a non democratic #DarkGlobalization that’s being responded with non democratic #DeGlobalization.

Edwards’ sharp sentence was preceded by:

The new global politics??? You mean the race to the bottom on labor standards, environmental standards or perhaps the race to see which country can offer the lowest tax rates? When this race to the bottom is questioned the only answer we get from our “Representatives” is there is no alternative. Right before they retire sit on these same companies boards.

Next is the #MCGA response to him that it is been updated by learning from the past and from the emergent future through, for example, this earlier though experiments:

That #BrightGlobalization alternative available to the USA, the European Union, to China, might actually start, for example, in the Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico after the suggestion by Dervis and Conroy that reverses the importance of large economies that can be leapfrogged:

Global markets are now more important than national markets for small and medium-size countries, and approaching that status for large economies.

In the case of the Dominican Republic, the last paragraphs of the partial story are repeated after it:

This part of the story ends as soon as I tweet to RSA and give thanks to Kien for his kind wish, while inviting people interested in the future of the whole of humanity to help emerge the narrative guided on the Bright Globalization North Star in Europe, USA or China, or anywhere else, like my country the Dominican Republic, which has available the thought leadership necessary to create the new roadmap on the microeconomic electricity sector since the end 2013, as can be seen in the following post.

As can be seen in that post, I conjectured the emergence of the Systemic Civilization, which led, for example, to this other post that tell us we are also have available the thought leadership necessary to create the new roadmap on the macroeconomic side of the Systemic Civilization even before 2017.

Now, with respect to Puerto Rico, I will comment the following news:

For the USA, Puerto Rico seems to be a great opportunity to do what has never been done for #GlobalDebout. Today, I read that the Governor of Puerto Rico, Ricardo Roselló, is expecting to negotiate with the oversight board. It is evident that the judge, the oversight board and the Governor are following very closely to what Edwards said:

The IMF is a notorious hired gun who usually does whatever is best for the international financial interests and leaves the locals in much much worse shape. Look at Greece a success story for multinational financial interests somewhat less so for the locals who were forced to sell off national assets at fire sale prices. And had their social fabric completely destroyed.

Let’s now give access to the tweet added after the thought experiment being responded here:

Obviously that Edwards is responding to Dervis and Conroy as the Brookings Institutions experts, as their article is written without recognizing that the statu quo of #TheWealthOfNations embedded in the politics of various nation-states unsustainable regulations (to me antisystems) to protect old business models with the active participation of international institutions, like the IMF, the World Bank and the United Nations.

It is that legalized corruption embedded in regulations that set up wide open the doors of representative democracy of nation-states, for example, in the Odebretch case, in Latin America.

It is under the Odebretch’s corruption environment that nation-states are responding to the #DarkGlobalization that lends money to unsustainable projects under the help of international institutions that agree, for example, with Stephan Edwards says:

It’s to late to confer “Democratic” Legitimacy on multilateral institutions because they do not have ANY legitimacy at that level. They are not and NEVER have been responsible or responsive to the commoner’s needs.

I will elaborate in a moment on the above to what Stephan Edwards also says in the introduction of another post:

In the WTO’s case by the time they rule it’s usually a moot the dumping has already occurred or the intellectual property has stolen and used. Which in many ways makes the WTO a joke.

This is the introduction on the WTO story:

The idea behind dedicating this thought experiment to the United Kingdom is to try to unite #GlobalDebout citizens from other countries on one of the crisis with the highest potential of the narrative behind the emergence of the #BrightGlobalization as a North Star (#BG_NS) narrative. It is the great uncertainty behind #Brexit’s #DeGlobalization narrative which is empty. Similarly, what what the above mentioned powerful global narrative that degenerated into the #DarkGlobalization narrative need to end to become a story.
