A Thought Leader Citizen #GlobalDebout proposal for about 7 world wide blocs referenda

I suggest for the purpose of referenda that the three groups of citizens, that encompassed all citizens of the world, to be classified as:

  1. Inactive Global Citizens (#InactiveGC). Those that are the great majority of voters, but that do not understand yet their need to become Active Global Citizens at this critical once in 500 years moment in time (see group 3). Unable to see their role to help emerge a bright future, citizens with the right potential to be Active Global Citizens or even Thought Leader Citizens place most of their attention to every day matters.
  2. Active Global Citizens (#ActiveGC). Those which are necessarily interested in politics, able to participate in both local and global direct democracy. Most of them are placing their attention only on local changes as if this time were under the control of representative democracy which active direct democracy need to change; and
  3. Thought Leader Citizens (#ThoughtLC). Consultant citizens on highly complex combined social, cultural, and economic matters that are able to serve as facilitators of generative dialogues. While other thought leaders understand their effort is for local scope that have a precedent of 50 or so years under #TheWealthOfNations, I claim to have discovered it has a precedent of about 500 years for a global effort to help emerge #TheWealthOfGlobalization.

By “blocs” we take what Peter Drucker said in his article “Trading Places,” published in the spring issue of 2005, on the page nationalinterest.com:

The emerging world economy is a pluralist one, with a substantial number of economic “blocs.” Eventually there may be six or seven blocs, of which the U.S.-dominated NAFTA is likely to be only one, coexisting and competing with the European Union (EU), MERCOSUR in Latin America, ASEAN in the Far East, and nation-states that are blocs by themselves, China and India. These blocs are neither “free trade” nor “protectionist”, but both at the same time.

Being “neither ‘free trade’ nor ‘protectionist,’ but both at the same time” hints at the restrictions for independent states of The Wealth of Nations that have resulted in a global leadership vacuum. To have the aim to be truly ‘free trade’ and not ‘protectionist’ is one reason to help emerge The Wealth of Globalization that will fill said vacuum.

Next is a first draft of a narrative intended for #GlobalDebout Inactive Global Citizens the world over that are used to approximating the First Degree of Clarity, in which cause and effect are close in time and space.

The above narrative will get to the Inactive Global Citizens through the work of the Active Global Citizens as leaders of the #GlobalDebout movement. That’s all Inactive Global Citizens need to learn to vote in free elections. That job will not be easy, however, for Active Global Citizens

Now to differentiate themselves from Inactive Global Citizens that use Twitter for quantity collaborations, that tweet and retweet without looking at the detail in stories, such as this one, or tweet without reading the images shared in the tweets, that are intended as quality collaborations, to become Active Global Citizens they will need to change their behavior. The problem is that they sometimes jump to conclusions that distort communications. Instead, when they don’t understand something of the quality collaboration they must dialogue to help the bloc approach the Third Degree of Clarity.

While the following story in detail aims to approximate to the Third Degree of Clarity, being intended for a few people that are able to contribute significantly through Twitter on quality collaborations, it is critical for Active Global Citizens that dedicate their time on global direct democracy politics, especially at this moment in history when representative democracy is unable to respond to the challenge of the emergence of the #ComputingBigShift of the passed three decades.
